I'm Denise, an In-Bodied HorseWoman, Movement Medicine Artist, and Embodiment Coach.

For the past 25 years, I’ve walked alongside horses, learning their herd wisdom, their embodied presence, and their unique way of leading, not from dominance, but from deep listening, trust, and truth.

Through the somatic principles of the body and the intuitive language of the horses, I guide women from burnout, dissatisfaction, and disconnection…

to feeling alive, on purpose, and powerfully embodied in their own truth.

My work is a remembering, a return to your natural rhythm, through movement, nature, and the mirror of the horse.

I don’t offer surface-level fixes. I hold brave, sacred space for the deeper transformation, the kind that leaves you changed in the bones.

I also lead a Nature School, an ecosystem of belonging where children (and adults) are invited to break free of societal conditioning and grow into who they truly are, not who they were told to be.

Three years ago, I broke out of the matrix of mainstream education, leaving behind the systems that no longer fit, and now I live what I teach: that we are nature, we are wild, we are worthy, and we belong.

Drawing from a broad foundation of experience and qualifications including Educational Psychology, Learning Through Play Teacher, Reiki, Mindfulness, Sacred Geometry, Nia Teacher Training, and Equine Assisted Therapy, I bring a truly integrative approach to healing and transformation.

It is my mission to help humans BE in their bodies, reclaim their inner wisdom, and walk the earth in the full freedom of being themselves.
